    Lunch #24 should have a disclaimer. How misleading and deceptive can you be. Don't post catered functions from private schools....."indepedent" to use your misleading terms. "Independent" programs are a very small percentage and do not acurately represent the true school lunch programs in public schools. Try representing the majority!

    As a chef, I think this is beautiful, and it looks as if culinary students may have presented this. However, as someone who is employed by school food service, this is not realistic. The food, yes, grilled tofu? Maybe, organic veggie soup, not at this present time. Water served in glass goblets, no way! I am truly appreciative of how many private, and independent schools are feeding their students, I just wish ( and $$$$ is the issue) that this could be done across our nation in every school.
